Where is Little Leapling Photography located?

I am based in Manhattan, Kansas, and I spend a lot of my time capturing families in the beautiful parks throughout the Little Apple. However, I am thrilled to be expanding my reach in 2026. I am now regularly booking sessions in both Lawrence and the Kansas City metro area.

Are there travel fees for sessions outside of Manhattan, KS?

For the remainder of 2026, I am waiving all travel fees for sessions located in Lawrence and Kansas City. I want to make it as easy as possible for families in these areas to experience a soulful, unscripted photo session. For other locations beyond a 20-mile radius of Manhattan, I do charge a nominal fee to cover time and travel.

What is your photography style?

I am a lifestyle photographer, which means I prefer to capture your family in a natural environment where real giggles and connections happen. While I do have a small studio in Manhattan for milestone sessions and cake smashes, most of my work is "unscripted." I use directed candids to document the genuine spark between you and your loved ones rather than relying on stiff, traditional poses.

How do I book a session with you?

The process is simple and begins with my contact form. Once you share what you are looking for, I will reach out to help you pick the perfect date and location. I will then set up an invoice for your session fee to officially get you on my calendar.

Absolutely. I believe your photos belong on your walls where you can enjoy them every day. You can easily order high-quality products directly through your online gallery. I am also happy to chat with you about choosing the right prints or canvases that will stand the test of time and look amazing in your home.

Do you offer prints, albums, or wall art?

Yes, I do. Typically, the session fee is paid at the time of booking, but I can set up your invoice to allow for smaller payments over time. Please note that the session fee must be paid in full prior to your shoot, and all final payments must be received before I begin editing your selected images.

Do you run special mini sessions?

I typically advertise exclusive, themed mini sessions a few times each year. These are shorter sessions held back-to-back at a single location. This allows me to offer a discounted rate while maintaining the same high quality my clients expect.
