Are you wondering how I became a boudoir photographer?
Over the last decade, I lost my breasts, my marriage, my sense of safety and security, and my ability to love myself. As a business owner and single mom of three since 2016, it has been an exhausting, yet empowering journey that is far from over. Everything I have been through has lead me to love this brutalized body, and the obstacles have driven me to help others. I want to lift you up and reconnect you with the strength and beauty you came into this world with. Every woman deserves to see how stunning she is through the eyes of an artist. I’m so excited to be that artist!
So, hello. This is me. Your newest friend and Kansas Boudoir photographer!
I started Little Leapling Photography in 2013 when Kaia, my youngest child born on February 29, 2012, was just shy of one year old. I started as a birth photographer and quickly started taking on family, maternity, and newborn photo sessions. There is something so magical about documenting birth. It is an opportunity to show a woman who feels tired, messy, and out of control just how unbelievably powerful she really is.
Through that experience, I’ve discovered a real passion for empowering other women. In 2019, I created TEKimages and have since focused that site on Boudoir, Couples, and Senior photography. The pandemic certainly slowed things down for me, but I have everything I need to shoot for the stars. And I’d like to take you with me! Let’s do this!
