Winter is definitely the slowest time of year for family portraits, but the weather has just been too nice not to get out there and hold some Winter sessions!
This family was hoping for as much nature as possible, but there’s a limit to how much magic I can Photoshop in February.
For lack of a great local spot with great evergreens, I suggested we take advantage of the year round beauty on the K-State campus.
They do such a great job of maintaining the landscaping even in the drabbest of months.
These pictures were all taken close to Nichols Hall on the South side of campus.
There were plenty of background distractions to carefully avoid, but I can’t complain about the amazing light we got at the very end of the hour!
Enjoy this amazing Winter family session!
